Here’s an iSissy-approved recipe.
Sweet and Sour Meatballs Crock Pot
Serves: 6
Ingredients: 6
(Don’t you love recipes with 6 ingredients or less? I do! So much that I wrote about it earlier this week > > > the number 6)
1 (16 ounce) package fully-cooked frozen meatballs
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 (18 ounce) bottle sweet and sour sauce
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
INSTRUCTIONS
Place first five ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 4 hours. During last hour, add the pineapple.
Serve with rice and a salad.
For a Freezer to Crock Pot Meal:
Place the frozen meatballs, peppers, onions & sweet and sour sauce into a gallon-sized freezer bag. (You will add the pineapple later.) Zip closed & place in freezer. When ready to use, thaw in fridge overnight.
We love cooking – our mom taught us that presentation matters! Serve on a pretty plate and it tastes better!
