Recipe-for-Chipotle-Chicken-Crockpot Chipotle Chicken

 

  • 4 – 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed (I use organic chicken thighs)
  • One 18 oz. Bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 jar Smucker’s Peach Preserves {18 oz.}

Cook chicken only on high 3 hours.

After 3 hours, drain juices from crockpot.

Mix together BBQ Sauce and Peach Preserves

Pour mixture over chicken, high for 30 minutes

This is yummy with potato salad and cole slaw.  Perfect summer evening meal.
