Serves: 4 servings
- 3 cups water, divided
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 mangos, peeled and pureed
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
In a small microwave safe bowl combine 1 cup of water and sugar. Heat on high for 1 minute, or until sugar has all sugar has dissolved.
In a large pitcher combine sugar mixture, remaining water, lemon juice and mango puree. Stir until well mixed. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
